Job Description
As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing landscape, optimizing performance marketing campaigns, and staying ahead of emerging trends. Your effort shall be devoted to driving MOG's digital transformation and business growth through innovative strategies and data-driven insights. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, attract and retain customers, and drive leads and traffic conversion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns that align with MOG’s overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing Excellence:
- Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.) to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
- Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize budget allocation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in performance marketing and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
2. Data-Driven Analytics & Reporting:
- Leverage data analytics to gain insights into customer behaviour and preferences.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and report on findings with actionable insights.
3. Strategic Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with MOG's overall business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts.
4. Social Media and Content Marketing:
- Manage and optimize MOG's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, Linked In etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to create high-quality content, such as short-form videos, articles, and infographics to run targeted advertising campaigns to attract and engage target audiences and leverage social media analytics to measure performance.
- Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and foster customer relationships.
- Segment email lists, personalize messaging, and track key metrics to optimize campaign performance.
5. Website Optimization:
- Collaborate with digital growth team to optimize MOG's website for SEO and user experience.
- Monitor website analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive traffic and conversions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and paid media, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns with healthy budget management.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
