- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, E-commerce marketplace, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and manage collaborations with influencers, digital publications, and other partners to amplify campaign reach and engagement.
Media Buying & Budget Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends, measure success, and inform data-driven decisions.
- Continuously improve campaign effectiveness by optimizing for ROI, customer acquisition, retention, and scalability.
- Strategically manage budgets to maximize efficiency and ensure cost-effective media buys.
Website & SEO Optimization
- Ensure the company website is user-friendly, conversion-focused, and optimized for search engines to drive organic traffic.
- Monitor website analytics to track organic performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies to enhance SEO performance, including keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and backlink building.
Strategic Growth
- Stay ahead of industry trends by identifying and testing new platforms, tools, and strategies to strengthen campaigns and drive innovation.
- Optimize the customer journey across life cycles with targeted channels and messaging to guide them through the marketing funnel.
- Analyze and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with creative, SEO, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
KEY CHALLENGES
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all marketing campaigns meet strict healthcare advertising regulations and guidelines, while maintaining creativity and engagement.
- E-commerce and Channel Partner Balance: Driving revenue in the company's e-commerce channel while maintaining positive relationships with pharmacies and doctors, ensuring the platform remains competitive and adds unique value without undercutting partners' pricing.
- Measuring Impact on Brand and Conversion: Assessing the effectiveness of digital efforts in building brand awareness compared to competitors and driving conversion rates.
- Handling Limited Budget and Resources: Maximizing marketing effectiveness within budget constraints to ensure impactful campaigns.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1) Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital campaign management.
- Proven track record of delivering results-driven campaigns in e-commerce or healthcare sectors.
- Expertise in platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other digital tools that will help in performance marketing optimization.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, CRO tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Outcome Focused: A results-driven mindset to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for clear business objectives.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Driven & Proactive Problem-Solver: Anticipate next steps, identify risks, and present solutions.

3) Nice to Have
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with heatmap tools like Hotjar and dashboarding tools like Tableau or Data Studio.
- Experience in programmatic advertising or advanced audience targeting.
