1. Provide technical advisory in discovery and gap analysis workshops.
2. Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 and auxiliary systems, following coding best practices.
3. Perform data cleansing, migration, and integration with TDCX's applications.
4. Develop custom modules, APIs, and workflows using X++, Power Automate, or Power Apps within D365.
5. Conduct regression testing, SIT, assist UAT, and manage code release and deployment via Azure DevOps.
6. Customize reports using PowerBI or SSRS, provide technical support, and document design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
7. Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
2. Preferable with 4 years of working experience in the related field such as technical ERP consultant or developer on D365 for F&O and SCM is required for this position.
3. Similar ERP implementation experience will be considered.
4. Proficiency in X++, C#, .Net, SQL, and integration tools; experience with Power Apps or Power Automate is a plus.
5. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
7. Excellent communication skills in English and the language of the supported market.
