Senior Data Scientist

Borong Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead the development of advanced machine learning models. You will analyze complex data sets and provide insights to solve business problems and drive innovation.

Key Accountabilities

1. Data Preparation: Oversee data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure data quality and readiness for modeling.
2. Model Development: Develop and train advanced machine learning models using state-of-the-art techniques and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
3. Feature Engineering: Lead feature creation and optimization to enhance model performance and predictive power.
4. Model Evaluation: Evaluate and validate models using advanced metrics and techniques to ensure robustness and accuracy.
5. Deployment: Deploy models into production environments, monitor their performance, and iterate as needed.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

1. 4+ years as a Data Scientist or in a relevant field.
2. Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and tools.
3. Strong programming skills in Python or R.
4. Expertise in machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Ability to mentor junior scientists and lead projects.
