Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team and lead data analysis efforts in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will lead the development of reports, dashboards, and advanced data models, offering strategic insights to optimize business operations, marketing campaigns, and product development. Additionally, you will mentor junior analysts and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that data strategies align with company goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Lead the analysis of complex data sets from multiple sources to derive actionable insights and trends. Create and present reports and dashboards that communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Data Modeling & Optimization: Develop and maintain advanced data models to predict trends, identify patterns, and optimize business performance. Ensure models are scalable and efficient for ongoing use.
• Data Strategy Development: Collaborate with key departments to develop data-driven strategies that align with business objectives.
• Mentorship & Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior data analysts, helping them to develop their skills and improve data analysis practices.
• Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used in reporting and decision-making processes. Implement processes for continuous data validation and quality control.
• Advanced Analytical Techniques: Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems and enhance decision-making.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with senior management and other departments to understand business needs and deliver data insights that support key initiatives.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and improve the efficiency of reporting, analysis, and decision-making across the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in data analysis or related roles, with a proven track record of analyzing complex data and deriving actionable insights.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) is highly desirable.
• Data Modeling: Experience in building and optimizing data models, with a deep understanding of statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to break down complex problems, identify key insights, and translate them into clear business recommendations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings in a simple, actionable way for non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior analysts. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in analyzing data, building models, and preparing reports.
• Education: A degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
