We partner with industry leaders like BlackPoint, CrowdStrike, and SentinelOne to provide top-tier Security Operations Center (SOC)-as-a-Service offerings. Following a strategic shift, we’re seeking a skilled professional to oversee our security operations, manage critical tools, and serve as the bridge between our technology stack and our valued clients.
The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Operations Lead to take ownership of our security operations and client-facing security processes. This is a high-impact, hands-on role requiring deep expertise in security tools (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, BlackPoint, Datto RMM), incident response, and client communication. You’ll ensure our tools are optimized, fully deployed, and running smoothly across all client environments, while acting as the central coordinator for incidents, onboarding/offboarding, and reporting. If you’re a proactive problem-solver with exceptional English skills and a passion for cybersecurity, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Tool Management & Optimization:
- Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, and BlackPoint agents across client endpoints, resolving issues and ensuring optimal performance.
- Configure BlackPoint fully, including vulnerability management, Office 365 integration, and other key integrations; implement software whitelisting and minimize false positives for meaningful alerts.
- Optimize all security tools for diverse client environments, ensuring seamless operation and maximum protection.
- Deployment & Maintenance:
- Ensure CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, and BlackPoint are fully deployed to all systems for every client under contract.
- Master our Datto RMM platform to develop and deploy tool packages, updates, and patches (e.g., browsers, applications) for clients.
- Respond to security incidents identified by CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, and BlackPoint, coordinating with clients and our service desk team to resolve issues.
- Communicate directly with clients about incidents, providing clear guidance and actionable steps; escalate to the service desk as needed.
- Provide alerts and detailed reporting on major security incidents.
- Coordination & Administration:
- Serve as the central point of contact for security issues, client onboardings, offboardings, and license management; maintain accurate counts for billing purposes.
- Deliver regular, professional reports on tool performance, incidents, and client security status.
- Security Awareness:
- Become an expert in our security awareness training system, design phishing campaigns and training programs for clients, and provide comprehensive reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience:
- 5+ years in cybersecurity, preferably in an MSP or SOC environment.
- Proven expertise with CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, BlackPoint, or similar EDR/MDR platforms.
- Hands-on experience with RMM tools (Datto RMM preferred) for deployment and patching.
- Skills:
- Exceptional English fluency (written and verbal) for client communication and reporting.
- Strong incident response and troubleshooting skills with a focus on minimizing downtime and risk.
- Ability to optimize complex security tools and reduce false positives.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing licenses, onboarding/offboarding, and reporting.
- Bonus Points:
- Certifications like CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or vendor-specific credentials (e.g., CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator).
- Experience with security awareness platforms (e.g., KnowBe4) and phishing campaign design.
- Attributes:
- High-end, capable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, independent role.
- Proactive, client-focused, and able to translate technical issues into clear, actionable advice.
