Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Senai for a Senior Customs Forwarding Clerk. The Senior Customs Forwarding Clerk will be responsible for producing customs forms, handling custom clearance processes, coordinating shipments and transportation, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, and Purchasing
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage
• KEK Certification is preferred
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
