Senior / Customer Service Executive (Manufacturing Industry Experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior/ Customer Service Executive with manufacturing experience to manage customer orders, coordinate shipments, and ensure excellent service. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee sales administration and support junior staff as needed.
2. Manage customer orders, pricing, and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) compliance.
3. Track and follow up on debt collection.
4. Prepare sales reports, order processing documents, and shipping paperwork.
5. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with planners for order fulfillment.
6. Work closely with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely deliveries.
7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and internal coordination.
8. Maximize system usage (S9 & WMS) and suggest improvements.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in manufacturing. Candidates with more experience, particularly in a supervisory role, may be considered for a Senior Executive or Assistant Manager position.
2. Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration or a related field.
3. Proficiency in MRP systems, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
4. Strong English & Malay communication skills (written & spoken).
5. Strong planning, forecasting, and documentation skills.
6. Customer-oriented mindset.
