JOB TITLE: Senior Coordinator – Quality (RFI & System Engineering)

Key Responsibilities

1. Log all incoming documents from the various projects, categorize them and then forward the documents to the concerned quality engineer for review and approval.
2. Maintain RFI log and distribute daily RFIs to relevant discipline inspectors.
3. Prepare weekly and monthly status reports based on documents reviewed by the Quality Engineers for the respective project.
4. Maintain all documents related to projects, in line with the ISO 9001/2000 Quality standards, which are directly audited by the external certification agency.
5. Coordinate with discipline QC Engineers and Completions team for ITRs.
6. Assist in organizing Quality induction courses.
7. Manage leave/holiday plans for full QA/QC engineers/inspectors and managers.
8. Control and issue QA/QC stamps for inspection personnel.
9. Prepare minutes of meetings and distribute to relevant parties.
10. Coordinate System Engineering activities.
11. Perform other related duties as advised by the supervisor.

Minimum Job Requirement

1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any degree holder with relevant experience.
2. Experience in RFI/Quality coordination.
3. Expertise in M.S. Word, Excel, Power BI, etc.
4. Experience in the oil & gas/petrochemical industry.
5. Previously worked with major EPC contractors or their subcontractors in a similar role.
6. Experience in offshore projects is an advantage.
