Handle Sale and Purchase Agreements, loan documentation, and other conveyancing matters for projects and subsales. Manage general conveyancing tasks, including preparing and checking agreements and loan documentation, and attending to clients.
Assist in preparing and handling all conveyancing documentation, online submissions, and other related matters.
Correspond with, attend to, and communicate with clients, bankers, and various government bodies.
Prepare status reports and maintain and update file statuses.
Assist with other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Firm as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in conveyancing preferred; however, candidates without experience are also welcome to apply.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English; ability to read and converse in Mandarin is an advantage.
Able to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
Good attitude, willingness to learn, hardworking, responsible, and capable of multitasking.
Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Conveyancing related tasks.
