Ideal Candidate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle sale and purchase agreements (SPA), loan documentation, and other conveyancing matters from initial stage to completion.
  • Liaise with clients, bankers, government authorities, and other relevant parties.
  • Prepare and review legal documents with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and updates on file progress.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation records.

The Profile

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in conveyancing.
  • Proficient in handling developer projects and sub-sale transactions.
  • Familiar with loan documentation for various banks.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written & spoken).
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

The Employer

Our client is a dynamic legal firm incepted in August 1999 and was reconstituted in September 2002. The firm currently consists of 4 partners, 8 legal associates and 20 other paralegal supporting staff.
