Senior Contract Manager

Your new company

Our client located in Kuching, Sarawak has been instrumental in the economic development of the state. Established more than five decades ago, they are now a leading publicly traded company with a diversified business. As they are expanding their foothold in the region, they are in the process of rebranding to become a multinational corporation.

Your new role

You’ll work alongside a tight-knit team to manage and negotiate complex contracts with vendors and customers. You will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, manage contracts throughout their lifecycles, and maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders.

What you’ll need to succeed

Your previous experience in managing and negotiating contracts with multinational companies will lead to your success, as will:

1. A bachelor’s degree in law, business, or any related field
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in managing contracts
3. Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
