Opportunity
We are hiring Senior Content Analyst in our ESG team in Kuala Lumpur. LSEG Environment, Social and Corporate Governance team (ESG) is responsible for providing financial and non-financial information to the clients on companies across the globe. The team provides coordinated financial and extra-financial information, which is important for understanding the long-term performance and risk profile of major corporations.
The Senior Content Analyst (ESG) will be part of a team that supports five different data models under ESG. The role entails learning these different data models to fully support the team. The role is responsible for providing support in the day-to-day operations of the team. They must handle queries pertaining to the team and provide authoritative advice on specific content knowledge relating to quality concepts and techniques to drive improvement activities within the content collection team and quality & service groups.

Responsibilities:
- Primarily support ComCo ESG data model
- Provide training and perform quality checks for both Chinese and English companies
- Leverage skills (from within or outside ESG) in finding opportunities and optimize process striving to increase efficiency, reduce errors, improve customer satisfaction, and deliver business requirements.
- Ensures data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness per company standards for their covered data models by doing checks and audits.
- To be up to date with the latest policies and procedures and other significant developments pertaining to different markets in different data models which would impact data collection.
- Supports transformation of ESG content, driving efficiency gains and operational excellence projects.
- Challenge the existing workflow to ignite innovative thinking.
- Provide support in query management.
- To carry out special projects or specialized tasks related to the ESG dataset as per the strategic plans.
- Conduct trainings for new hires and cross-trainees following the prescribed ramp-up schedule to ensure they acquire the skills needed to perform as Content Analysts.
- Partner with Team Leaders to improve the overall quality by giving appropriate feedback on team's performance.
Skills and Experience:- High proficiency in the English and Mandarin language. Daily tasks will be conducted in these languages.
- Knowledge in different ESG data and products is a plus.
- Demonstrate strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Well-developed analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and develop solutions.
- Technical skills will be appreciated (MS Office applications and Power Platforms)
- A great team player & positive attitude towards work; resilient to changes.
- Able to challenge existing processes and manage change.

This role is on a blended work model, with 3 days working in the office and 2 days working remotely. Standard working hours are Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM.
