Job Title: Senior Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at BTS. As a Senior Consultant, you will work with leaders from top corporations, developing leadership capabilities and driving business results through impactful learning solutions and workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
• Design and deliver people transformation projects, including capability development programs on strategy, finance, and innovation.
• Facilitate senior-level workshops to develop business, leadership, or innovation acumen.
• Travel regularly, mainly across Asia, to facilitate programs and manage client relationships.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience in consulting, learning and development, or a related field in South-East Asia.
• An outstanding degree from a top University and/or MBA.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to facilitate workshops in other Asian languages.
• Proven presentation and facilitation skills, with an interest in finance, leadership, and innovation.
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people and work collaboratively.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages.
