Responsibilities:

• Attend to client's briefing and site visit in order to understand the site condition and specific requirement of the project.
• Work closely with the team and client.
• Handle all design related scope including conceptual detailing and construction drawing.
• Possess good knowledge in interior fit out project management & technical detailing.
• Develop CAD drawing, 3D visual, presentation board from design stage until construction stage.
• Conduct site visits to ensure projects are developed according to the specifications and requirements.
• Resolve design related issues at all stages for the project.
• Exhibit good communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate project and time management skills.
• Work within space available, schedule parameters, and budget while maintaining design consistency and excellence.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Interior Design.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possess a high level of design, space planning, and material selection skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, and Adobe Software.
• Candidate with strong flair in 2D detailing, layout, and construction drawings would be an added advantage.
• A team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines, strong commitment, and self-motivation.
• Salary package will commensurate with qualification and experience.
