Senior Computer Technician

At SUPERSOFT INNOVATIVE SDN BHD (Formerly known as SUPERSOFT COMPUTER SYSTEM), we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Computer Technician to join our team in Ipoh Perak. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance for our clients' computer systems and networks.

What you'll be doing

1. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for a range of computer systems and peripherals
2. Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance
3. Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients
4. Install and configure new hardware and software
5. Maintain detailed records of all work performed and communicate effectively with clients
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments in the industry
7. Collaborate with the wider team to implement innovative solutions and best practices

What we're looking for

1. Extensive experience (2+ years) as a computer technician or in a similar role
2. Proven track record of successfully diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues
3. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting techniques
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Certification or training in relevant computer and software technologies
