Requirements
Possess minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in related field
Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
1-3 years of experiences are welcome to apply
Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and report writing skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
License holder will be priority
Responsibilities
Handle formation of new Company.
Prepare, update and maintain minutes, resolutions and statutory documents.
Monitor and ensure statutory records or registers are properly kept and updated.
Follow up and ensure all statutory forms and returns are lodged with the SSM within the stipulated deadlines.
Send reminders and correspondence to clients for any changes and compliance issues.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and relevant authorities such as SSM, lawyers, auditors, etc.
Perform other related tasks and duties.
