Senior Company Secretary Assistant
Job description
Requirements- Possess minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in related field
- Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- 1-3 years of experiences are welcome to apply
- Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and report writing skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- License holder will be priority
Responsibility- Handle formation of new Company.
- Prepare, update and maintain minutes, resolutions and statutory documents.
- Monitor and ensure statutory records or registers are properly kept and updated.
- Follow up and ensure all statutory forms and returns are lodged with the SSM within the stipulated deadlines.
- Send reminders and correspondence to clients for any changes and compliance issues.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and relevant authorities such as SSM, lawyers, auditors, etc.
- Other related tasks and duties.
