Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the update of the set up on MS Access for new relationships.
2. Preparation of reconciliation reports.
3. Translation of Trioptima.
4. Manual matching.
5. Respond to email queries from clients and counterparties.
6. Attend calls with clients as required.
7. Ensure timely reporting to clients on reconciliation results.

This position requires good experience and background in operations, including familiarity with OTC products. The ideal candidate should be proactive and able to add value by managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision while paying special attention to detail.
