Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the treatment of cash and security instructions received from CACEIS’ clients are in line with prescribed market, net-asset-value (NAV), and treasury deadlines. The role will support the Europe region.

What will you do?

1. Ensure completion of all trades under STE environment as well as manual trades are completed within the agreed timeframe.
2. Ensure queries on trades are resolved in a timely manner, including queries on STE and manual trades.
3. Ensure outstanding items are assigned and individual departments/financial institutions are chased for resolution.
4. Ensure that all instructions are processed to a high standard of accuracy.
5. Ensure all trades are posted according to procedure.
6. Provide coaching to other team members to ensure cross-training of all aspects of funds in order to gain satisfactory cover.
7. Establish as the single point of contact for process-specific escalations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent.
• Any relevant tertiary education background (e.g., Business Administration, Investment Banking, Economics, etc.).
• Banking experience in back office (0-2 years).
• Computer Literacy - Intermediate MS Office Excel and Word, as well as other custody system usage.
• Languages: [Specify languages required]
