Senior Change Owner for Operation

You’ll be part of the Global Revenue Services APAC team where you, together with your colleagues, will contribute to the enhancement and to further developing our scalable energy settlement system. As a team, we support each other’s professional growth and share a collaborative mindset.

You’ll play an important role in:

1. Performing monthly wind and solar power production calculation, reconcile generation data as per offtake agreements, and streamline settlement reports for compliance purposes.
2. Executing weekly/monthly turbine power calculations, verifying energy generation data against SCADA meter, and reconciling discrepancies to ensure accurate revenue settlements.
3. Resolving discrepancies in meter data to ensure accurate reporting and power purchase invoicing.
4. Liaising with internal stakeholders across the whole organisation globally to ensure that our processes support their business needs.
5. Facilitating an end-to-end perspective on proposed solutions.
6. Driving increased efficiency by continuously looking for process optimisation and automation opportunities.

To succeed in the role, you:

1. Have completed a degree within economics, accounting and/or finance, or are a member of any professional bodies, e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CPA, etc. Candidates from Engineering, Energy Trading or Power market operations with strong experience in Energy/Power Purchase contracts will also be considered.
2. Have prior experience with energy contracts, including pricing models, production calculation, incentives and compensation frameworks.
3. Possess general knowledge about local and legal requirements including accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and the complexity this entails.
4. Are passionate about data, including handling large data sets, retrieving data from reliable sources, optimizing data flow, and ensuring compliance with proper controls in place.
5. Have strong Power BI skills and basic programming language (i.e. SQL).
6. Are good in SAP application and have experience with S/4HANA implementation.
