As a Guru you will be accountable for:

  • Identifying and developing strategic business opportunities to drive significant growth and market expansion.
  • Building and managing relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Conducting in-depth market analysis to inform strategic business decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies that align with business objectives and market conditions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of business development strategies.
  • Leading major business development projects and initiatives, driving strategic growth and operational efficiency.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Demonstrates deep industry knowledge and expertise in business development, with a proven track record of driving growth.
  • Exhibits strong strategic vision and the ability to develop and execute long-term business plans.
  • Possesses advanced relationship management skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
  • Shows exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data and trends.
  • Highly proactive and innovative, with a drive to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrates outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
