What You'll Do:
As aSenior Business Development Executive, you will be a key driver of growth and strategic partnerships. You’ll play a crucial role in building lasting relationships and unlocking new opportunities that fuel our mission to disrupt the automotive space.

  • Lead Supplier Partnerships: Forge strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers, negotiate high-value deals, and ensure the seamless flow of high-quality parts that power the industry.
  • Expand Workshop Network: Grow our network by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing strategic partnerships with workshops, ensuring they are equipped to excel and deliver unparalleled service.
  • Develop Market-Disrupting Strategies: Conduct market analysis and develop groundbreaking strategies to capture new business opportunities, keeping ServAuto ahead of industry trends.
  • Drive Sales and Growth: Take charge of sales strategies that smash targets, deliver measurable growth, and elevate the customer experience across the automotive landscape.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams—from marketing to operations to finance—to ensure alignment and execute successful, multi-department initiatives.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the automotive or a related industry.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, networking, and communication skills that can open doors and seal deals.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is essential.
  • Independence & Leadership: A self-starter who can lead multiple initiatives, juggle priorities, and work autonomously to drive results.
  • Mobility: Possess your own vehicle and be ready to travel for meetings, site visits, and partnership development.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin is a huge advantage.
