What to Expect?

As a member of the Customer Data Enabler team within Customer Success organization, you will:

  • Build long-term strategic partnerships with the selected partners
  • Construct a comprehensive understanding of each client’s needs and challenges
  • Understand market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential solutions or services to meet customer requirements
  • Develop and execute strategies to promote the adoption of Swift Essential services for the community within the assigned region
  • Collaborate with colleagues from the sales team to ensure alignment and coordination

What will make you successful?

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in account management, preferably in a financial institution, banking sector or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field
  • Experience with prospecting techniques and strategies for growing market share
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
  • A positive attitude and an ambitious drive to excel in a competitive environment
  • Strong command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus
  • Familiarity with Swift products and services would be beneficial

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, in particular Salesforce
