Senior Business Analyst, Innovation Program Management (MY & Regional), Group Cards Technology, CFS

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business requirements to create detailed business analysis and design recommended solutions.
2. Develop Business/Functional Requirements, defining business problems through in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information to create requirement specifications.
3. Participate in discussions with various related parties to understand the requirements and deliver recommended solutions, producing requirements in JIRA.
4. Manage project deliverables according to the standards and expectations of the PMO.
5. Prepare and maintain all project documentation as per endorsed SDLC/Agile.
6. Maintain project plans and reporting documentation as necessary to ensure timely communication and successful delivery of assigned projects.
7. Ensure projects are planned and executed in line with the PMO approach.
8. Aware of regulatory and compliance matters.
9. Work with the project manager in delivering projects.
10. Plan and control UAT testing and execution works end to end.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. Demonstrate high interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate well.
3. Strong analytical skills and business/reporting writing skills.
4. Display good planning qualities to drive the implementation of initiatives.
5. Possess a high-energy personality, able to work independently and take up responsibilities within project-based work streams.
6. Highly proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and JIRA.
7. Self-motivated, a team player, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
