Senior Business Analyst

Requirement / Qualification

1. At least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. At least 3/5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Required skill(s): Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
4. Advantage skill: Knowledge or at least 1 year experience in system development.
5. Knowledge and experience in software development life cycle, analyzing, and system designing.
6. Leadership skills, when it comes to assisting the team leader and in terms of coordination and management of team members.
7. Displays critical thinking capabilities, a sense of responsibility, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
8. Certification in CPRE – FL or other equivalent is an added advantage.

Job Description

1. Participate during the initial Information Gathering, Analysis & Project Initiation.
2. Get business & function requirements from user/stakeholders for product, new systems, and for enhancements to existing systems.
3. Analyze and propose solutions that meet requirements.
4. Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
5. Prepare specification documents which include requirements process/integration solution. Able to describe in language, diagram (UML), and sample screen for better understanding (ex: URS, SRS, SDS, API Guideline).
6. Assist the team leader/management effectively communicating your insights and plans to team members and management.
7. Support the team leader/management in delivering the project plan on-time.
8. Mentor junior business analysts.
9. Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
10. Provide ongoing knowledge support and be involved in various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and scrum.
11. To be able to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Carry out any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you by Management as deemed fit.
