Research, write, proofread, and edit copy such as brochures, press releases, video scripts and subtitles, website content, social media captions, and any text required by the hospital.
Provide planning and ideation support for brand content including video direction and social media/campaign messaging.
Job Description:
To be responsible for the hospital’s written materials, ensuring the text is error-free and factually correct.
To work with graphic designers, video editors, and other creatives as required to create suitable copy and messaging for visual output.
Collaborate and liaise with subject matter experts to ensure the correct information is compiled and subsequently edited.
Ideate and provide creative input on the hospital’s brand team output including video scripts, artwork/visual direction, and other materials.
Complete any ad-hoc tasks given by the supervisor.
Skills/Knowledge:
Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Mass Communication/Public Relations/Literature/English or related fields.
Competency in content/copywriting is a must.
Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin. Competency in other languages/dialects is a significant added advantage.
Having a clinical/healthcare background is a bonus, but candidates without prior experience in a healthcare setting are also encouraged to apply!
