Senior Bartender (Mixologist)

• Assist management team to launch a new concept bar.
• Plan and present bar menu.
• Pair cocktail to complement and contrast flavors of a meal.
• Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Develop new drinks from time to time.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Provide strict training to junior bartenders.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.

Job Requirements:

• Proven solid experience as a bartender.
• Excellent knowledge of liquor, wine and spirits.
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Relevant training certificates are a plus.
