Qualifications and Requirements:

1. SENIOR BANKING & CORPORATE LAWYER
   To handle commercial and corporate loan including construction financing, project financing and financing of real property acquisition.
   To handle corporate commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, joint ventures and commercial contracts in general.
   
   • Minimum 3-5 years' experience, specializing in commercial banking loan documentation for retail, commercial and corporate loan.
   • Process valid current year practicing certificate.
   • Language proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin and/or other Chinese dialect.
   • Good drafting skills, able to work independently in fast-paced environment, meticulous and diligent.
   • Responsible, punctual, good attitude, pleasant personality and good inter-personal skills.
2. CORPORATE CLERK
   To assist Legal Associates in corporate loan matters.
   To prepare documents in relation to corporate loan documentations based on various financial institutions.
   To prepare letters and documents in relation to corporate commercial matters.
   
   • Minimum 3-5 years' experience, specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
   • With experience in Law/Legal Services would be an added advantage.
   • Proper training and guidance will be provided to newcomers.
   • A team worker and an initiative-seeker.
   • Diligent, self-motivated, responsible and willing to take on new challenges.
   • Pleasant, friendly and able to get along with others.
3. CONVEYANCING CLERK
   To assist Legal Associates in conveyancing matters.
   Able to prepare documents for sale and purchase agreements and loan agreements for both direct purchase from developer and sub-sale.
   
   • Minimum 3-5 years' experience, specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
   • With experience in Law/Legal Services would be an added advantage.
   • Proper training and guidance will be provided to newcomers.
   • A team worker and an initiative-seeker.
   • Diligent, self-motivated, responsible and willing to take on new challenges.
   • Pleasant, friendly and able to get along with others.

Overview of Organisation:
We are a legal firm in Klang. We handle legal matters for developers, as well as being on the panel of lawyers for investment banks, commercial banks and financial institution in Malaysia.
We focus on banking, both commercial and consumer, land and conveyancing matters, Government funded loans, leasing and tenancies of properties, sale & purchase of real estate and joint ventures.
We are looking for suitable candidates to fill vacancies at our Klang office.
