1. Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming principles.
2. Experience with RESTful API design and development with/without SpringBoot.
3. Experience with microservices architecture.
4. Experience with build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle).
5. Work closely with frontend developers and QA engineers.
6. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
7. Provide production support as and when required.
8. Interaction with business users/clients during requirement gathering and whenever required.
9. Knowledge of RDBMS, MongoDB, and SQL.
10. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
11. Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
12. Strong understanding of software design patterns.
13. Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).
14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills & Experience (Nice to Have):

1. Experience with Apache Camel.
2. Experience with AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions.
3. Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Ansible).
4. Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
5. Experience with performance testing and optimization.
6. Contributions to open-source projects.
7. Knowledge of security best practices (e.g., OWASP).
