What You'll Be Doing:

• Use tools such as phone, email, video, and support tickets to handle issues related to users flagged by risk control.
• Monitor the progress of risk control issue resolutions, coordinate with various departments, and respond to messages in different group chats.
• Review user documents strictly following the review procedures, in compliance with platform service terms and trading rules.

What We Look For in You:

• A diploma in any discipline.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin as the role requires to deal with China Mandarin speaking counterparts.
• Must be upright, objective, and possess strong logical thinking skills.
• Willing to work permanent overnight shifts.
• Possess good interpersonal skills, communication, coordination, and stress tolerance, with experience in handling customer complaints or call center experience preferred.
• Willing to work in Tun Razak Exchange, walking distance to MRT TRX.
