Senior Associate - Purchase to Pay

Key Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with internal auditors to ensure an accurate and timely audit.
2. Ensure all queries by business partner(s) are attended promptly and communications are handled professionally.
3. Provide monthly KPI reporting data to the performance management team.
4. Avoid audit findings in PtP Processes.
5. Timely KPI reporting for Country / Regional SPR.
6. Liaise with external auditors to ensure all supporting documentation is provided for the audit.
7. Provide timely and accurate support to external auditors.
8. Process PO and non-PO related invoices (Trade and non-Trade).
9. Process inter-company payable invoices.
10. Ensure vendor/business partner queries are handled and resolved in a timely manner.
11. Process customer refunds and petty cash reimbursements.
12. Follow up with business partners for insufficient information/clarification items.
13. Book all document entries timely and accurately as per SLA timeline.
14. Submit reports for review on time.
15. Answer vendor queries promptly and update the queries log.
16. Ensure CRISP/GOM ROM compliance.
17. Rectify and re-route returned invoices for budget holder approval.
18. Monitor invoices pending in the ready for transfer queue in Basware.
19. Execute and follow up on RTB invoices with country requesters.
20. Perform weekly direct debit clearing and reconciliation.
21. Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
22. Conduct quality/duplication checks.
23. Close IRM issues.
24. Execute and comply with all CRISP controls related to own functions, e.g., duplicate check, quality checking.
25. Ensure PtP projects implementation, testing, and training documents are completed, including liaising with the project team, local counterparts, and external consultants.
26. Timely resolve issues/complaints by country counterparts and close issue logs.
27. Perform monthly red/amber Global KPI and propose improvement ideas.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
2. 3 - 5 years of Accounting & SSC experience.
3. Experience in participation in project rollouts and testing.
4. Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
5. Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
6. Competent in using ERP, e.g., SAP.
7. Good analytical skills.
