Senior Associate, Management CCRIS & Reporting

Prepare the internal & external reports for the purpose of submission to other departments and authorities i.e. Bank Negara Malaysia.

• Perform submission of CCRIS data to Bank Negara Malaysia and rectify rejected data during specific time frames.
• Support CCRIS system enhancement, assisting with the implementation process, testing new features, and addressing any issues that arise.
• Support DFB in submitting new credit applications and updating the status in the CCRIS B2B System.
• Rectify CCRIS issues raised by the Business Unit related to new credit applications and back-end data.
• Generate Credit Bureau Reports for Business Unit in Head Office and branch customers of DFB.

IB - Internal and External Reports

• Perform daily operations related to data integrity and ensure accuracy.
• Communicate with Group Finance, RMD, GHR, Supervision, Share Margin Financing, and Debt Market regarding the preparation and updating of CCRIS data for reporting in the CCRIS system.
• Prepare the following conventional and Islamic reports and submit them within the timeline to internal departments and BNM:

i. Activity of the Day
ii. Interest/Profit on Credit Schedule
iii. Interest-in-Suspense (Conventional & Islamic)
iv. Interest-in-Suspense for Omega Matrik Sdn Bhd
v. Weighted Average Rate (Conventional & Islamic)
vi. Loan/Credit Ledger (Conventional & Islamic)
vii. Monthly Share Position
viii. Loan Management Report
ix. Staff Loan Outstanding Schedule
x. Master Loan/Financing Data
xi. Financing/Loan Summary
xii. RAROC Data Source
xiii. MFRS9 – CCRIS vs STATsmart
xiv. Quarterly Broker Report – SC Submission of Quarterly Positions

• Assist in handling CCRIS B2B issues by front-end users from Debt Market, Share Margin Financing and GHR.
• Conduct and process CCRIS back-end data, ensuring that the data is accurately updated in the CCRIS InReport Credit Info system, and perform the submission to BNM.
• Rectify rejected data and perform resubmission within the deadline.
• Reconcile CCRIS data and prepare Data Quality Reports (DQR1 and DQR2) for submission to BNM within the deadline.
• Prepare Justification for Amendment (JFA) for submission to BNM within the deadline.
• Act as the CCRIS System Administrator by uploading CCRIS text files, downloading Data Quality Reports/Exceptions/Rejections reports, converting CCRIS text files into Excel files, disseminating the reports, and monitoring the download and upload processes.

DFB – Operational

• Support DFB in submitting new credit applications and updating the status in the CCRIS B2B System.
• Submit DFB CCRIS data to BNM and rectify rejected data within specific timeframes.
• Generate Credit Bureau Reports for Head Office and branch customers of DFB.
• Assist in performing the reconciliation of CCRIS backend data for DFB.

Others

• Assist on any project of CCRIS Enhancement by BNM for CCRIS B2B and InReport system of IB and DFB.
• Guide and mentor a graduate trainee.

Qualification:

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent in related field.
• Experience in credit processing and loan administration.
• Strong knowledge and exposure to the CCRIS reporting.
