Senior Associate Engineer, Automation

In this role, you are responsible for streamlining processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving digital transformation through the implementation of innovative technologies for the Outside Plant Engineering team.

Make an Impact by:

• Analyzing existing workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities, and designing optimized processes to reduce manual intervention and enhance productivity.
• Developing and deploying automation solutions using RPA.
• Implementing digitization solutions such as Power Apps, SharePoint, and cloud-based technologies.
• Managing data migration, system integration, and digital document management projects.
• Ensuring optimal performance of automation systems through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and prompt resolution of issues in existing processes.
• Researching emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions that enhance business operations, while continuously refining and updating processes based on performance metrics and feedback.

Skills for Success:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Automation and Digitization.
• Proficiency in automation tools like UiPath, Power Automate, or Blue Prism.
• Experience with digitization platforms such as Power Apps, SharePoint, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with database systems and query languages (e.g., SQL).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
