Senior Associate, Digital Growth

Job Summary:

To support and participate in executing and optimizing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Understand evolving digital marketing needs, formulate full-funnel digital marketing strategies and actionable data-driven performance marketing plans for achieving business goals.

  2. Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads, social media, email marketing, and SEO initiatives.

  3. Create engaging and persuasive copy for digital advertisements, website content, email marketing campaigns, and other marketing materials.

  4. Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and effective digital assets that align with the brand’s guidelines.

  5. Collaborate with the Product, Marketing, and Strategic Communication teams to align growth initiatives with broader business goals.

  6. Assist in tracking and mapping the customer journey across digital channels, identifying pain points, and proposing improvements.

  7. Support content creation to ensure content aligns with growth objectives.

  8. Assist in the coordination and scheduling of digital content across platforms, including social media, email, and websites.

  9. Monitor and track campaign performance and provide reporting on KPIs, such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

  10. Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with the reporting manager to support decision-making.

  11. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new digital growth techniques to support strategy development.

  12. Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  1. A bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, business, finance, communication, or a related field.

  2. At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and marketing, or a related role.

  3. Knowledge in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, social media ad managers, email marketing tools).

  4. Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to data and reporting.

  5. Result- and detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  7. Basic knowledge of financial markets and financial products.

  8. Collaborative, proactive, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

  9. Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

  10. Knowledge of the brokerage industry and share trading products, both local share trading and global share trading, will be an added advantage.
