To ensure Dunning was successfully triggered and monitor the ICCC stop credit process aligning with Collection GSOP and Strategy. Analyze accounts in ICCC Stop credit to reduce broken promised accounts that are not flowing to the Stop credit process. To ensure Credit Check/approval processes are in place by reviewing External Credit Agency ratings, and only successful applications will enable account creation following GSOP.
Job Descriptions
Monitor Dunning completion and review Dunning block status by obtaining CFO's approval regularly, aligning with Crisp Control.
Perform ICCC Stop Credit Process to ensure customers' accounts with overdue payments follow credit hold criteria to flow to Stop credit execution by aligning with GSOP.
Conduct Credit Check and Approval processes by reviewing customers' financial and legal documents to ensure customers lacking supporting documents are stopped from immediate account creation and initiate further investigation by communicating with Country Finance and Commercial.
Perform Credit check and approval for customers with complete supporting documents, requiring Country OTC manager/CFO's approval when necessary.
Understand External Credit Agency processes (which may differ at the country level) and factor in the Credit Check/Approval process.
Ensure adequate follow-up upon identified risks and gaps.
Arrange, coordinate, and lead regular meetings, visit customers, and build towards improved customer satisfaction while mitigating trading risks.
Agree and coordinate credit risk mitigation measures with Sales, CDM, credit collection, credit administration, operations, H&G, CFO, and OTC teams.
Advise and coordinate process improvements regarding credit risk mitigations across the entire OTC chain.

Advanced knowledge of D&B credit risk reports and balance sheet interpretation
