We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as, this full-time and permanent position is based in Malaysia, allowing you to make a significant impact to our and its’ growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide governance, secretarial and administrative support to the Business Manager and senior leadership team.
  • Coordinate and prepare clear, concise and professional Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
  • Maintain and manage various business registers, ensuring proper documentation, compliance and accuracy.
  • Oversee the senior leadership team’s calendar, scheduling and coordinating meetings for optimal time management.
  • Monitor governance-related deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Assist the Business Manager in preparing correspondence, reports and presentations as required by the senior leadership team.
  • Support administrative functions which include updating of authorized signatories, scheduling of meetings, execution of agreements, consolidation of guidance/SOPs/Policies and recording of training attendance.
  • Handle other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the business.

Key requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, Corporate Secretarial (or equivalent).
  • Experience in business support, administrative, governance or related roles.
  • Experience in preparing Minutes of Meeting and handling confidential information.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with governance structures, documentation, and compliance processes.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through on action items.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and proactive thinking.
  • Professional demeanour with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and other stakeholders.
