In line with our business expansion, we are looking for a candidate to join our Legal and Compliance Department based in Jalan Raja Chulan, Kuala Lumpur. Details as follow:

• Possess Certificate/Diploma in business, legal studies, administration or related field
• Minimum 1 year working experience in administration / legal and compliance related matter
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task
• Able to work with minimal supervision

Detailed Job Duties:

Company Secretarial

• Support and assist in liaison with Company’s secretary matters such as on the Directors’ Circular resolution, Members’ Written Resolution, Annual General Meeting and any statutory documents

Compliance

• Handle, record and circulate all incoming Internal Approval (“IAA”) and Contract Review Applications (“CRA”) to the relevant advisor/PIC
• Ensure employee submits the correct applications and all the supporting documents such as IAA, CRA, etc
• Support and assist any enquiries from the employees on the Company’s procedure and policy such as Global Code of Conducts and Ethics (“COCE”), ISO 14001, Anti-Bribery & Corruption (“ABC”), etc

Administrative

• Administrative support on all matters related to the department payment, issue invoices, handle vendor and customer registration, Foreign Exchange Contract booking requisition, etc
• Organise, file and maintain the department’s documents including legal documents for ease of retrieval

Others

• Undertake any special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties assigned as and when requested by superior
