Senior Architect Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our Architecture Firm. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and leadership to junior design team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from concept development through to completion (CCC Stage)
• Manage project teams and collaborate with other construction professionals
• Determine and adhere to timelines given by client and senior/project director
• Able to prepare a full set of comprehensive design drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Work with and report directly to the Project Director on all matters pertaining to assigned projects and issues
• Participate in project meetings, meet with clients, and determine their needs and requirements while aligning with company design vision & mission
• Review and check design, technical/tender/construction drawings to ensure alignment with client requirements
• Lead coordination of all disciplines, associates, and other specialists to produce a comprehensive and coordinated design, tender & construction document set that meets client requirements, local building code, and applicable laws
• Adjust design and plans sketches by senior/project architect to meet client's needs and statutory requirements
• Perform other relevant duties and responsibilities as required

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years working experience as an Architect
• Educational background in Architecture

This is a long-term contract position available immediately. We offer a competitive salary range of RM 5,000 - RM 8,000 per month.
