Summary of Role: We are searching for a Sr Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain (GSC) team. This individual will build cost models including should-cost, input cost model, supplier ratings, etc. as well as maintaining a database of cost-related data. This role is based in Penang.

You will be responsible but not limited for the following tasks:

1. Develop robust cost models including modeling of wafer processing costs based on changes to Materials or Equipment costs
2. Identify most suitable raw material or factor input indices; develop database to host such indices, update the data in a timely manner, and advocate for its usage
3. Support Commodity Heads and Commodity Analysts in their sourcing activities
4. Provide support on supplier profiles, supplier ratings, supplier management activities, and driving actions
5. Drive assigned projects based on aligned timelines and deliverables
6. Serve as a Lead and role model to other team members

1. Perform all activities in an ethical, safe and responsible manner as well as fulfill all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, business management, or supply chain
2. Experience – 3-5 years of experience in finance, procurement, and/or business development
3. Strong Excel, PowerBI, Access, VBA, and SQL skills are essential
4. Ability to communicate written and verbal information in a clear and concise manner
5. Ability to develop and maintain collaborative business relationships with stakeholders
6. Fluency in English Language – written & verbal
7. Excellent project management skills – planning, prioritization, ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter, and provide timely updates/recommendations
