Senior Analyst Information Technology

In your new role you will:

• Perform the duty as Secretary to the IT department and assist the IT Director with daily office administration.
• Manage and handle confidential matters and perform routine office duties.
• Coordinate office work/meetings/appointments within the department and other departments.
• Manage task force defined for overall IT department activities and ensure the right deliverables are met accordingly.
• Resolve issues/conflicts in general office operations and involve as a key driver person.
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
• Advise and provide the right decision guidelines to the IT department.
• Ensure IT asset audits are completed on time and with ZERO deviation.
• Support Site initiative especially compiling cost-saving measures for the Next Level of Productivity (NLOP).

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Studies / Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of employees.
• Proficient in using the latest version of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• The ability to work independently, and contribute new ideas or solutions to improve work performance with minimal supervision.
• Willing to strive for continuous improvement and execution.
