Responsibilities:

1. Personnel Data Admin (PDA)
   Transactional backend processing performing data entry into Workday and/or SAP system for employee’s personal details.
   Conduct data entry for Employee movements such as new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
2. Time & Attendance (T&A)
   Transactional backend processing of Employee leave, overtime and shift data.
   Involves working on excel sheets and data entry into Workday and/or SAP system.
3. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
   Transactional backend processing of Employee basic salary, recurring allowances & one-time payment/deductions data in Workday and/or SAP system.
   Support Employee performance management activities.
4. Payroll Administration
   Execute payroll via SAP system.
   Perform reconciliation tasks from PDA, T&A, and C&B teams to ensure that all changes are incorporated and provide accurate monthly payroll reports to our Business Groups in a timely manner.
5. Continuous Improvement
   Identify opportunity for improve operational processes.
   Collaborate with team members to achieve success in continuous improvement projects.
6. Knowledge Management
   Conduct process mapping for Payroll, PDA, T&A, and C&B processes.
   Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Standard Work Instructions (SWI) when changes occur.
   Ensure all operational steps are documented.

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
A degree in the related job field.
At least 5 to 8 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
Willing to relocate to the job location.
