Responsibilities:

Personnel Data Admin (PDA)

1. Transactional backend processing performing data entry into Workday and/or SAP system for employee’s personal details.
2. Conduct data entry for Employee movements such as new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Time & Attendance (T&A)

1. Transactional backend processing of Employee leave, overtime, and shift data.
2. Involves working on excel sheets and data entry into Workday and/or SAP system.
3. Transactional backend processing of Employee basic salary, recurring allowances & one-time payment/deductions data in Workday and/or SAP system.
4. Support Employee performance management activities.

Payroll Administration

1. Execute payroll via SAP system.
2. Perform reconciliation tasks from PDA, T&A, and C&B teams to ensure that all changes are incorporated and provide accurate monthly payroll reports to our Business Groups in a timely manner.
3. Identify opportunity for improving operational processes.
4. Collaborate with team members to achieve success in continuous improvement projects.

Knowledge Management

1. Conduct process mapping for Payroll, PDA, T&A, and C&B processes.
2. Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Standard Work Instructions (SWI) when changes occur.
3. Ensure all operational steps are documented.

Qualifications:

1. A degree in the related job field.
2. At least 5 to 8 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
3. Willing to relocate to the job location.
