Senior Administrative Executive / Business Support Executive

Are you an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional?
We are looking for a Senior Administrative Executive / Business Support Executive to assist our CEO in task follow-ups, government applications, expo registrations, and document management. If you excel at coordination, communication, and paperwork, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

1. Task & Project Follow-Up: Track and ensure the completion of CEO’s assigned tasks.
2. Administrative & Office Support: Manage CEO’s schedule, meeting records, and document organization.
3. Expo & Conference Registrations: Handle event applications, document submissions, and follow-ups.
4. Government & Regulatory Applications: Process export certificates, grants, and business compliance documents.
5. Content & Documentation: Draft social media posts for CEO (CEO will post personally), prepare internal reports and business emails.

What We Are Looking For:

• Excellent coordination & follow-up skills – Ensure all tasks are executed efficiently.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint – Handle data & reports effectively.
• Strong writing skills – Ability to draft business documents & applications.
• Meticulous & proactive – Able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Experience in handling government applications (grants, export certificates, etc.) is a plus.
• Mandarin speaker is an advantage.

We are involved in premium food products, specifically Edible Bird's Nest (EBN), from farming, harvesting, retailing, processing, and R&D. FASB is a MOH/DVS/CNCA/FDA certified GMP & HACCP processing plant and one of the first batch CNCA certified companies eligible to legally export EBN to China since 2013. Currently, we are targeting the local & China market and are recognized as a BioNexus status company in Malaysia, utilizing biotechnology in our processing.
