About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Accounts Manager to join our team at Beautylite Interiors Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in overseeing all financial accounting and reporting functions for the company.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and financial reporting
2. Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations and internal policies
4. Perform detailed analysis of financial data and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making
5. Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls
7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in a senior accounting or finance role
2. Proven track record of managing all aspects of financial accounting and reporting
3. Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, standards and regulations
4. Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
5. Strong leadership and people management skills
6. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
