Senior Accounts Executive - Team Lead

Job Summary

1. Monitor, check, and review overall unit - WASSB and Group Accounts.
2. Plan, delegate, and monitor the daily deliverables of team members, providing assistance and guidance when required.
3. Review all entries in SAP, posting of JVs and checking all APs. Ensure all transactions are recorded respectively and accurately.
4. Prepare reports/schedules and maintain monthly analysis for revenue and costs, in a form suitable for management reporting.
5. Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies, procedures, and internal controls within the finance department.
6. Prepare cash flow and presentation for all respective units.
7. Review and check AR invoicing and incoming payments.
8. Review and check AP Payment plan, BRF and PPL process.
9. Review and check PBH & Fixed Assets - Accruals, Non-Heli Depreciation, Invoicing (PBH) and payment.
10. Attend audit and tax matters for respective units.

Academic qualifications & professional certificates

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Accounting and/or Professional Qualification such as ACCA/CPA MICPA or ICAEW.

Experience/exposure

• At least 3 - 5 years of work experience preparing full accounts independently.

Knowledge & skills required

• Knowledge and experience of related computer applications.
• Knowledge of auditing practices and principles.
