Senior Accounts Executive/Accounts Executive - Corporate Finance

Reporting to the Group Chief Accountant, the Accounts Executive/Senior Accounts Executive’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and full set accounts
• Preparation and reconciliation of the monthly income schedules to identify income to be included in the monthly project costing and management accounts.
• Update Inventory of stock purchase for project costing analysis and stock inspect
• To handle posting and processing entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded properly.
• Ensure month end close duties are prioritized and deadlines are delivered on time.
• To prepare the reconciliation for all balance sheet items and control accounts.
• Prepare year-end audit and tax schedules as required.
• Handling AR & AP area of works together with accounts assistant, and to support as required.
• Liaise with banker for all the banking matters.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agent for all the financial year audit and tax matters.
• Liaise with company secretary for all statutory filing matters.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum LCCI/ Diploma in Accounting/ Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance from a recognized institution or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and have working knowledge of computerized accounting system preferably Navision.
• Minimum 3-5 years or more experience in handling accounts receivable and payable.
• Possess high integrity and good analytical skills.
• Strong communicator for both written and orally.
• Excellent planning skills & ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Able to work independently and have strong sense of responsibility.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
