Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Executive

Company Overview: Join a dynamic Korean import and export company specializing in the distribution of premium food and beverage products. We are seeking a dedicated Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Executive to enhance our financial operations and support our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable, and Inventory.
2. Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
4. Coordinate with auditors and tax agents for annual audits and tax submissions.
5. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
6. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent are advantageous.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary package ranging from MYR 3,500 to MYR 5,000 per month, adequate medical and insurance coverage, supportive and collaborative work environment, and continuous professional development and training opportunities.
