Job Description:

As a Senior Accounts Executive at mm2 Asia Group, you will:

1. Handle a set of management accounts, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
2. Prepare and submit GST returns on a quarterly basis.
3. Liaise with bankers, auditors, and tax agents on company-related matters.
4. Assist in yearly audit exercises, prepare financial statements, and corporate tax submissions.
5. Support in preparing financial analysis for Group's half and yearly reporting purposes.
6. Provide day-to-day finance-related support to operational teams.
7. Ensure accounting records are compliant with accounting standards and company policies.
8. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

1. A Diploma, Degree, or Professional qualification in accounting (ACCA/CIMA/MICPA or equivalent).
2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel & Word) and familiarity with Computer Accounting software.
4. Prior audit knowledge would be advantageous.
5. Familiarity with financial reporting, regulatory, and tax matters in Singapore is a plus.
6. Experience with ERP Accounting systems is beneficial.
7. Strong multitasking abilities, commitment, and a sense of urgency towards deadlines.
8. An analytical mindset, discipline, and the ability to work independently.
9. Good command of written and spoken English, with Mandarin proficiency being an advantage.
