Responsible for preparing accounting transactions and perform timely posting to achieve high level accuracy of financial information. To ensure month-end and year-end closing timelines are met.
Main Tasks
Responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
Verify all the AP Invoice postings, petty cash reimbursement, staff expenses claims and payment transactions.
Able to accurately handle full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset and general ledger of the company, in a timely manner.
To perform financial analysis, ensure timely and proper monthly closing, and management reporting.
To handle cashflow management, planning and control.
Manage month end and year end closing procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial reports.
Maintain up-to-date Fixed Asset Listing and Balance sheet Schedule.
Prepare month end bank reconciliation.
Prepare Intercompany back-charged and reconciliation.
Assist in any other ad-hoc task assigned by the manager/management.
Job Requirements
Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance or related roles.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Meticulous with the ability to analyse complex financial data and provide meaningful insight.
